The Crusaders (4-0, 13-5) proved once again that it’s a one-team race in the TVL, limiting Ripon (3-1, 12-5) to just eight points in each quarter while creating offense with their pressure defense.

“Too many turnovers,” Ripon coach George Contente said. “That’s what killed us.”

Ruth Waters headed Ripon with 12 points, with eight more coming from Tia Sidtikun. The Indians will be tested again Thursday when they play host to Riverbank (3-1, 11-4).
