Manteca High’s girls golf team ended its regular-season schedule with a 223-277 loss to Valley Oak League-leading Oakdale at Manteca Park Golf Course on Wednesday.

Oakdale (13-0) had five players score better than Manteca’s top finisher. The Mustangs were led by low medalist Makayla Christiansen, who carded a 6-over 43. Taylor Stewart, Madi Blanc and Allie Denning added 44s, and Shealyn Hanrahan capped their dominant effort with a 48.

The Buffaloes were paced by Kylee Eberle’s 50. Bella Gonzales and Taylor Reed checked in with a 52 and 53, respectively. Alyssa Gutierrez shot a 59, and Ashley Pease finished with a 63.

Oakdale hosts the league tournament next Monday or Tuesday.
