Orestimba-Newman defeated Ripon Christian 227-261 Thursday in Southern League golf action at the par-36 Diablo Grande Ranch Course in Patterson.

 Lauren Henderson led the Knights (2-3 SL) with a 56 followed by Caroline Strong (59), Marika Bos (70) and Rachel Struiksma 76.

 Joy Triniger earned medalist honors for the Warriors at 53. Aja Loo had a 54 followed by Gigi Quizon (62), Rylee Garcia (73) and Julie Roberts (82).



Sierra 276, Manteca 290

McKenna Doyle shot a 48 and Kayla Wilson a 49 to lead the Timberwolves to the VOL victory on the par 37 Manteca Municipal Golf Course on Wednesday.

 Arlena Gavino (52), Legacy Barnes (55), and Kaitlynn Looney (72) rounded out the Sierra attack.

Arshnoor Kaur led the Buffaloes with a 52 followed by Danika Hunt (55), Kylee Eberle (57), Haighley Kissee (61), Alyssa Gutierrez (65) and Logan Jackson 68.
