Michaela Singh rung up 19 kills, 17 digs and three aces to help Manteca squeak out a five-game non-league volleyball win Wednesday at Enochs.
Game scores were 25-23, 14-25, 20-25, 25-16, 15-13.
Izabella Sanchez contributed with 11 kills and three blocks. Genesis Malangi added five kills and six digs, and Taimane Tu’uga had five kills and two blocks.
Setter Ava Negranza distributed 25 assists while picking up 10 digs. Nicole Ayala led the back row with 18 digs, and Riley Slikker chipped in in nine digs and three aces.
Manteca (4-1) plays host to Tracy next Tuesday.

The Knights (5-0) continued their undefeated start to the season with a 25-16, 25-11, 25-14 road win.
Jordan Vander Veen paced the attack with 16 kills and three aces and also had 10 digs. Leah Van Wyngarden pitched in 12 kills, 13 digs and two aces. Megan Weststeyn set assists and served three aces.
Allison Brown and Dayna Koolhaas contributed eight and five digs, respectively.
Ripon Christian’s junior varsity team won, 18-25, 25-11, 16-14. The freshmen swept.

The Buffaloes came up short in Modesto, 14-25, 22-25.
Kamiyah Johnson (four digs, two aces, assist), Peyton McDonald (four digs, two kills) and Amaya Zavala (three digs, two assists, ace) were Manteca’s standouts.
Frosh volleyball
Manteca 2, Enochs 0
Na’ima Calderon registered four kills and four aces to lead Manteca’s 27-25, 25-15 victory.
Maylea Sims added seven service points, two assists and a kill. Chloe Martin served four points and had four digs.
