McKenna Doyle shot 9-over-par 46 at Manteca Park Golf Course on Tuesday to lead Sierra’s 273-298 win over Manteca. The victory keeps the Timberwolves (7-3) in the running for a top-three finish in the Valley Oak League and a spot in the Sac-Joaquin Section Division III Tournament.

Sierra’s Arlena Gavino was the only other player to finish in less than 50 strokes, turning in a 49. Kayla Wilson (51), Legacy Barnes (52) and Bryanna Gavino (59) followed suit.

Pacing Manteca at the par-37 front nine was Arshnoor Kaur’s 55. Danika Hunt added a 59.



Central Catholic 206, Lathrop 327

Central Catholic players swept for league points at French Camp Golf Course, with Jen Morro’s 7-over 39 leading the charge. Gianna Van Klaveren and Sedonia Estacio each carded a 41, Bella Cuevas had a 42 and Emily Lehman posted a 43.

Lathrop was led by Kaitlynn Edrington’s 63.
