Brayan Buelvas (3 for 5, triple, home run, two runs) led off the Ports eighth with a solo home run to tie the game. A walk to Tyler Soderstrom and a Lawrence Butler single gave Stockton runners on first and second. Both runners moved up 90 feet on Danny Bautista’s sacrifice bunt and then came in to score on Kevin Richards’ single up the middle.

After moving to third on an infield single by Jose Rivas, Richards came in to score on Sahid Valenzuela’s sacrifice bunt to make the score 8-5.

The Ports begin a 12-game road trip today in Fresno against the Grizzlies and remain in the south land to begin another six-game series on Tuesday, June 22, against the San Bernadino Grizzlies.
