LAS VEGAS — The Manteca Cowboys Rookies defeated the Sin City Raiders 19-7 for the Vegas National Championship on Saturday.
After turning the ball over deep in Raiders territory to start the game, Robbie Espinosa set things right for the Cowboys by returning an interception for a touchdown and a 7-0 Manteca lead.
Bryson Davis added touchdown runs of 10 and 40 yards. Anthony Morales, Gabriel Flores and Omar Diaz also contributed on offense behind the dependable offensive line of Brandyn Sena, Kia Rodrigues, Isaac Alvarez, Gavin Goodwin and Kayden Jones.
