Jo-Ann’s Fabrics is opening in the Stadium Retail Center this spring.

The nation’s largest fabric and crafts retailer will open in the vacated Circuit City store located near Ross Dress for Less.

It is one of two businesses that Kitchell Development has signed for the retail complex anchored by Costco and Kohl’s. The other is Dress Barn that is also expected to open in the spring.

Just a mile to the east on the Highway 120 Bypass corridor, Hampton Inn Suites and the Red Robin Restaurant are expected to open by spring in the Promenade Shops at Orchard Valley.

The Manteca Convention & Visitors Bureau is expected to relocate into the complex as well by the end of the year.

The CVB is in part of the Promenade Shops complex that is being developed as the Lifestyle Outlets at Manteca. The first tenants are expected to be announced by Craig Realty after the start of the year.
