SACRAMENTO (AP) — The Occupy Sacramento movement is staging a protest over California home foreclosures outside Gov. Jerry Brown's rented Sacramento loft. The protesters want the governor to order a three-year moratorium preventing banks from foreclosing on homes while mortgage-holders seek loan modifications.
