Manteca Realtor Christine Papworth – “the Real Estate Doctor” – is hosting a free hands-on interactive seminar for members of the public facing mortgage dilemmas at 1 p.m. Saturday at 1401 F Street in Modesto.

Loan modification specialist Cameron Pannabecker will be there along with Christy Ray from the Land Group of investors. Juan Herrera of Metrocities Mortgage and Carrollton Mortgage.
