K. Hovnanian Homes hosts $20k any way sales event
MANTEC lt
K. Hovnanian Homes is hosting a $20K Any Way sales celebration at Medallion in Manteca this weekend, giving homebuyers a $20,000 credit to use toward upgrades, options, appliances, closing costs or interest rate buydowns.

This weekend only, K. Hovnanian Homes is hosting a “$20K Any Way” sales celebration at Medallion in Manteca.  Customers who enter purchase agreements now through Sunday will receive a $20,000 credit they can apply to designer upgrades, structural options, appliances, closing costs or a buydown of their interest rate.

“Home prices are at historic lows and mortgage interest rates just took another dip due to the national debt ceiling issues,” said Carrie Gooding, senior community manager for K. Hovnanian Homes.  “Combined with a $20,000 credit toward a new home purchase, buyers have unbeatable opportunity to save this weekend.”

The sales celebration was announced last weekend and hundreds of buyers flocked to K. Hovnanian Homes sales centers to learn more, select their homes and get pre-qualified for financing.

“Some of our communities had more than double the typical number of visitors last weekend,” said Gooding.  “This weekend should be very busy at Medallion in Manteca.”
