Some 40 Realtors from the three RE/MAX sales offices in Manteca, Ripon and Modesto took part in a Wednesday morning brunch and awards ceremony at the Spring Creek Country Club.
Owned by Ripon developer Mark Wilbur, the multi-office operation totaled more than $150 million in sales for the 2010 year in the three communities despite the lagging economy.
The Ripon office is headed up by Marge Imfeld whose husband Bob is seen as an important part of the sales staff. Other Realtors from the Ripon office at the brunch included Dan Prince, Patrick McDonald, Nancy Lewis, Karen Messner and Joann Bear.
Heading up the Manteca office is Cheryl McFall surrounded by her staff of Patricia Hansen, Don Potts, Danica Huizar, Brandon Joaquin, Jason Beir, Julie Brooks, Aloha Foster-Papworth, Cindy Foster and heather Pereza.
The Manteca RE/MAX office is located at 250 Cherry Lane. In Ripon the sales office is at 422 West Main Street at the corner of Acacia Avenue. In Modesto RE/MAX is at 3525 Coffee Road.
