STOCKTON – Two more suspects in the shooting death of Manteca electrician Michael Lawrence have been identified as James Wilson and Fernando Delgado. James is the third suspect to be charged with murder and will appear in San Joaquin County Superior Court on Tuesday. To date, four people have been arrested following Saturday’s shooting of a Manteca man in front of his family along Williamson Road, near the Islander Tavern: Wilson, Michael Lee Roessler, Christopher Oliver and Fernando Delgado.
