Lori Adams, Lori Little, Lisa Boone, Erin Nussbaumer and Trina Ramsey — known as “The Lori’s & Company” are hosting their third annual book drive.

All books collected will go to Friends of the Library organizations in the local area.

Last year’s book drive was a huge success which resulted in the collection of over 1,200 books from donors in Manteca, Ripon and Salida.

Now until April 30 people are encouraged to donate new and gently used books. Every kind of book is welcome — fiction, nonfiction, kid’s books, cookbooks, dictionaries, foreign language books, textbooks, and encyclopedias. The Friends of the Library will use these donations to fund community programs for the local area.

locations The Manteca drop location is The Lori’s & Company at PMZ, 1600 West Yosemite Avenue, Suite 100. The Ripon location is located at Almond Valley Chiropractic, 1444 W. Main Street.
