Ulta Beauty — Manteca’s newest beauty supply store/salon — opens its doors today at 10 a.m. at Stadium Center anchored by Kohl’s Department Store. The store features 20,000 beauty products across 550 brands, as well as a full-service salon. Ulta Beauty is the largest beauty retailer in the United States.
