Brock Elliott promotes 8th graders to high school

Students at Brock Elliott Elementary School got a taste of what the next school year will be like on Wednesday evening when the promoting class of 2017 walked into the Sierra High School gymnasium and into their future as high school students in the Manteca Unified School District. And the students themselves packed the schedule with performances and speeches to make their last evening together as eighth grade students a memorable one. Student Council President Nolan Bailey gave a special address to his classmates and the audience, and Joseph Neri took the lectern to reflect on their collective time on campus and the memories that each of the students had made.
