A second pickup truck within a 24-hour period was torched in a Manteca early Saturday morning. Manteca Police spokesman Jason Hensley said shortly before 2 a.m. Saturday officers were dispatched to the 1200 block of Glenn Drive after receiving a report of a second arson in the driveway of a home reported by a witness who was driving by the residence seeing the truck partially engulfed in flames. Hensley said the motorist stopped his vehicle and woke the sleeping residents and assisted them in putting out the fire.
