San Joaquin County Sheriff’s Office investigators have determined that the death of two men found in a trailer Tuesday morning on North Airport Way was a murder-suicide. Detectives said they discovered several pieces of evidence that led to that conclusion.Initially, it was reported that a gun was involved due to a bullet casing discovered near the victims. However, detectives have determined that a gun was not involved, but a Capitive Bolt Pistol that utilizes a cartridge similar to a bullet was used resulting in the death of the two men.The identities of both men are pending the notification of the victims’ next of kin.
