The City of Manteca begins its annual leaf collection today.The leaf collection will continue through mid-January. The city’s street sweepers will be collecting the leaves on regular street sweeping days, which occur every other week in residential areas. Residents can determine which day their area is swept at http://www.ci.manteca.ca.us/pwt/stdiv/streetswp.pdf.All residents who wish to participate are requested to place leaves only in loose piles in the street.
