2022 summer school before Ripon trustees

The Ripon Unified summer programs will part of Monday’s presentation at the monthly school board meeting.

Trustees will view that and others items during the 7 p.m. open session in the City of Ripon Council Chambers, 259 N. Wilma Ave.

The Summer Safari will feature summer classes at Ripona Elementary School for younger students, from June 1 through June 29.

Ripona Principal Nate Baroni is scheduled to talk about those classes.

The summer program for high school-age students will be held at Ripon High, from June 1 through June 29.

RHS Vice Principal Victor Ramirez will serve as principal.

In other agenda items:

  • Special recognitions will be held for the 2021-22 Girls All-State Wrestling finalists from RHS along with Every Student Succeeding Award recipient and RHS Student Leadership class.
  • Director of Maintenance & Operations Andy Strickland will provide his monthly facilities update report.
  • RHS Principal Keith Rangel will give an overview of the high school.
