Manteca is observing Black History Month on Tuesday, Feb. 10, from 4 to 7 p.m.

It takes place at the Manteca Senior Center, 295 Cherry Lane.

The free event is designed for all ages.

The rich legacy of the Black community will be told through storytelling, music, art, and discussions.

There will be a video presentation, music, dancing, raffles, and guest baskets.
