Central Valley Early Iron staging car show to benefit Christmas bike giveaway

The Central Valley Early Iron Car Club will be hosting its Christmas Bike Giveaway Car Show on Saturday, Sept. 24.

The fourth annual event will take place at the Manteca VFW Hall Post 6311, 580 Moffatt Blvd., from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Entry fee for those seeking to showcase their vehicles – hot rods, customs, classics, muscle cars and sports cars – is $25 by mail before Sept. 10 or $30 during the day of the show.

Admission is free for spectators. No pets will be allowed.

Food and drinks will be available for purchase inside the VFW Hall.

In addition, there will be raffle prizes and a 50/50 drawing.

Proceeds will go to Christmas bicycles and gifts for local needy children. Last year, the Central Valley Early Iron Car Club doated over 100 new bikes from this endeavor.
