Second Harvest of the Greater Valley is staging its Annual Chili Cook-Off Fundraiser on Saturday, April 12, at the Manteca Transit Center, 220 Moffat Blvd. Guests will enjoy an evening of prizes, raffles, live music, photo ops, and of course, chili all while making an impact.
