Doctors Hospital of Manteca announced today that Kellie Malogan, Multi-Specialty Clinical Manager, has been named a Tenet Hero for her outstanding contributions as part of Tenet Healthcare’s annual employee recognition program.

Kellie is being recognized as a Tenet Hero for many reasons, including serving as Interim Director of the Medical Surgery Department and ensuring that staff are supported and educated on critical clinical care needs. She is successful as a leader and a peer educator precisely because she has earned the highest level of respect by the staff she works with and supports.
Additionally, Kellie has been instrumental in the process for recruitment and retention, playing a key role in the success of the New Graduate development program. She works closely with the “New Grads” in developing their strengths and identifying opportunities in the area of clinical needs.
