The 18th annual Every 15 Minutes Shrimp Feed is set for Saturday, Feb. 28.
It takes place from 5:30 to 11:30 p.m. at the Manteca Senior Center, 295 Cherry Lane.
The $70 per person ticket includes all you can eat shrimp and pasta.
The social starts at 5:30 p.m. with dinner at 7 p.m.
There also will be a raffle and silent auction.
A disc jockey will provide dance music until 11 p.m.
The event is for those 21 and older.
Safe and sober rides home will be available.

The proceeds help cover the cost of staging the Every 15 Minutes program that stresses not to drink and drive that is conducted every year for seniors at Manteca, East Union, and Sierra high schools.

The Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 6311 is serving a Post-Valentine’s Day Brunch on Sunday, Feb. 15.
It takes place from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Manteca Veterans Center, 580 Moffat Blvd.
The $15 cost includes a cheese, ham, onions, tomatoes, and mushroom omelet; potatoes, biscuits and sausage gravy, fresh fruit, cold cuts and croissants, macaroni salad, plus mimosas and juice.

Western Roundup Dinner
Dust off your boots and grab your hat — Soroptimist International of Manteca is ridin’ into town with its first annual Western Roundup Dinner on Saturday, Feb. 21, at the Manteca Senior Center.
The saloon doors swing open at 5 p.m., inviting guests to enjoy food, a bar, and a chance to strike it rich with raffle prizes galore. Tickets are $40 per person
All proceeds from the Western Roundup help Soroptimist International of Manteca continue its work of supporting women and girls in the community through education and opportunity.
