Father-daughter dance in Manteca set for Feb. 7

The Manteca Recreation & Community Services Father-Daughter Dance is Saturday, Feb. 7.

It takes place at 6 p.m. at the Manteca Senior Center, 290 Cherry Lane.

Fathers, uncles, and grandfathers are invited to spend an evening with their daughters, nieces, granddaughters by participating in games, dancing, enjoying treats, and taking advantage of photo opportunities.

The formal attire dance is themed, “Under the Fairy Light.”

The cost is $25 per person and $8 for each additional child.

Pre-registration is required.

Vendors, bands sought for

2026 community events

The Manteca Recreation & Community Services is seeking vendors, disc jockeys, and bands for various city-staged community events during 2026.

Bands can email videos of previous performances, an example of a booking contract, and information about your band or act through March 2.
