It is Manteca first new supermarket in 25 years.
The last one is the Food 4 Less store that opened in 2001 on Spreckels Avenue.
That store was recently refreshed and has new offerings as well.
“We have been serving the City of Manteca for over 25 years, and we are excited to debut our new Food 4 Less brand evolution concept to this community,” said Mike Molinar, President and CEO of PAQ, Inc.
“This store is unlike any Food 4 Less we have ever built and will be unlike any Food 4 Less ever seen.”
PAQ Inc. also operated with Rancho San Miguel Markets.
The 26 stores are located throughout Northern, Central, and Coastal California.
Save Mart in the coming months will be opening its third Manteca store anchoring Marketplace@Main at Atherton Drive and South Main Street.
A Chipotle Kitchen and Starbucks have already opened in the center while Manteca’s sixth McDonald’s and third Quick Quack Car Wash are under construction.
