At the 2025 HOSA International Leadership Conference, HOSA students from MHS, Lathrop High, and Weston Ranch High competed against students from school across the country in various health-related fields.
Some competed in a CPR event, where they demonstrated their knowledge in first aide and basic life support.
In the HOSA Bowl, teams of students tested their medical knowledge by taking a 50-item multiple-choice test.
Among the local standouts were the Lathrop CPR and Weston Ranch HOSA Bowl teams advancing to the second round of their respective events.
“I am so proud of all these students. Each one competed and worked hard to get here,” said Behler.
Kylie Anderson of MHS placed fourth in the world in Interviewing Skills. She was featured in a special interview segment for HOSA’s upcoming 50th anniversary.
