Shelley Burcham will be recognized at Monday’s Lathrop City Council meeting.

She recently announced her intent to retire after six years serving as Economic Development Administrator with the City of Lathrop.

At the 7 p.m. meeting in Lathrop City Hall’s Council Chamber, 390 Towne Centre Dr., Burcham will be honored with a special recognition for her years of service.

Barbara Harb, who served as the City of Manteca Economic Development Manager in recent years, will be introduced as the new Economic Development Administrator for City of Lathrop.

She’ll be joined by accountant Evette Dera in the Finance Department along with Alexis Baker (Permit Technician), Felix Reyes (Maintenance), and Jonathan Dec (Maintenance) in the Public Works Department during the presentation of new employees.

Harb started work with the City of Lathrop in recent weeks, spending those first 30 days teaming up with the retiring Burcham on her new job.
