TRACY — A Lathrop man was found dead in a vehicle Sunday in the 2400 block of Naglee Road in the vicinity of the Tracy Mall and Fairfield Suites.

Tracy Police Department were contacted at 9:14 a.m.

Upon arrival, officers found an unresponsive male inside the vehicle. 

  South San Joaquin County Fire Authority personnel were called to the scene.

 In order to gain entry into the vehicle and assess the male, SSJCFA personnel broke one of the vehicle’s windows.

The San Joaquin County Medical Examiner responded and took custody of the body.

Based on the evidence at the scene, there were no signs of foul play, indicating that the decedent passed from natural causes. The decedent was also reported missing by Lathrop Police.
