A lemonade and hot chocolate fundraiser today from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. will help support fifth grader Brooklyn Finley in her battle with rhabdomyosarcoma, a rare form of cancer.
It takes place in front of a residence at 1569 Crom Street that runs along the north boundary of the golf course from Union Road to Airport Way.
Besides hot chocolate and lemonade that are available for donations, there will be Dubai brownies and nachos.
It is the 11 year-old’s third time fighting the cancer.
The event is being presented by Dining for Hope that can be contacted at 209-679-1269.
