Manteca teen center seeks volunteer music instructors
toy music
A band composed of Thomas Toy Center teens performs at Calvary Community Church.

Volunteers that play drums, piano, or guitar, can dance, or know drama are being sought to help make a difference in a teen’s life.

Thomas Toy Community Center is looking for volunteer instructors to work with teens who are eager to learn, create, and express themselves through music, dance and drama.

Many of the teens that access the center have limited access to these educational opportunities, and your time and talent can open doors to confidence, creativity, and lifelong skills.

You don’t need to be a professional — just comfortable with your talent and willing to encourage and guide young learners. Whether you can volunteer weekly, biweekly, or occasionally, staff members indicate your contribution truly matters.

Volunteers can:

  • Inspire teens through creativity and mentorship
  • Share the love of your talent in a meaningful way
  • Help build skills, discipline, and self-expression
  • Be part of a supportive, community-driven program
