The northwest corner of the envisioned community park in north Manteca will be on the southeast corner of the Union Road and Lovelace Road intersection.
Manteca has started the negotiation process to secure a site for the city’s second community park. The subject of price for two options — 50 acres or 80 acres — was discussed in closed session Tuesday by the Manteca City Council.
