The Ripon Planning Commission will hold a public hearing Monday on the annual review of development agreements.

The review at 6 p.m. session in the Council Chambers, 259 N. Wilma Ave., consists of the Cornerstone II Subdivision, Silverstone Subdivision, Alexandra Subdivision, The Vineyards Subdivision, Meadowood Subdivision, Pereira Subdivision, Ripon Garden II and the Calvary Reformed Church Master Plan.

Commissioners will also look to approve a major site review on construction for The Cottages at Acacia & Pine.

Plans call for three two-story attached townhomes with three two-car garages and an Accessory Dwelling Unit – this single-story structure will also feature an attached garage – that sits on an existing single-family home located at 230 N. Acacia Ave.
