The Ripon Planning Commission will meet Monday to look at three items including the installation of a new unattended electric vehicle charging station.

At the 6 p.m. session in the Council Chamber, 259 N. Wilma Ave., Commissioners will review a request to develop the EV charging station on a 27,443 square foot of undeveloped parcel located at 1504 Colony Rd.

The six dual-port EV chargers would provide a total of 12 charging stations consisting of covered canopy designed to provide weather protection.

Plans also call for new asphalt concrete paving for the parking and circulation areas, a screened trash enclosure, site lighting, storm-water collection and treatment infrastructure, and landscaping.

A public hearing will be held that includes the zoning text amendment.

The other items are:

·         The Development Agreement annual review for the Silverstone subdivision, The Vineyards subdivision, Meadowood Subdivision, Pereira subdivision, Ripon Gardens II, and the Calvary Reformed Church’s master plan.

·         A public hearing for the tentative parcel map for 1297 E. Milgeo Ave. This is a request to subdivide the one property into two single-family residential lots.
