The latest enrollment numbers at Ripon Unified were nearly identical to that of the previous month.
That was based on the fifth month report taken from Nov. 24 through Dec. 19.
At Monday’s school board meeting, RUSD’s total student count during that span was 3,306, which was two more from the fourth month report and the same from the first month – RUSD also opened the school year with a count of 3,306 students.
Ripon High reported 974 students just before the winter break followed by Ripon Elementary (463), Ripona (459), Weston (453), Park View (451), and Colony Oak (428).
The Independent Study program had a tally of 54 students while Harvest High had 24 students.
As for the updated Attendance Summary report, Ann Siegel, who is RUSD Director of Student Services, reported that Park View had the highest attendance rate during Month 5 of this school year at 96.16 percent.
Ripon High, meanwhile, showed the most improvement, going from 95.26 percent a year ago to the recent 95.46 percent.
