The Mistlin Sports Park area continues to grow with more homes in the offering.

Thirteen homes were recently completed for The Vineyards, a subdivision of single-family dwellings located at the southwest corner of River Road and Fulton Avenue.

The Ripon City Council accepted The Vineyards Subdivision Improvements at last Tuesday’s special session.

Vice Mayor Leo Zuber indicated that, according to the staff report, some minor things had to be completed before any more houses were finalized.

The Vineyards is Century Communities’ newest Central Valley neighborhood consisting of five individual home designs with up to 3,040 square feet of planned living space.

Councilman Dean Uecker said he was “very impressed” with the look of the project.

Added Zuber: “The elevations are nice – other developers will have a neighborhood to reference.”

BMCH California is the developer of The Vineyards.

Engineering Supervisor James Pease said that a punch list was completed and, for the exception of a few follow-up items that the developer agreed to complete, the homes are read for finals from the building department and buyers can plan to move in.

“The developer has agreed to complete the last remaining items within the public right-of-way prior to any future housing receiving final inspections,” Pease noted.
