The San Joaquin County Board of Supervisors on Tuesday unanimously approved a one-time allocation of $1.5 million to Visionary Home Builders as part of a multi-agency funding effort for the new construction of a 94-unit affordable multi-unit housing development in Downtown Stockton. The total cost of the project is $60,518,336.
