STOCKTON — The San Joaquin County Board of Supervisors Tuesday approved a critical step in the development of the Be Well Campus, a transformational mental health and substance use disorder treatment facility that will serve as the cornerstone of a more compassionate, coordinated, and effective behavioral health system in the County.
