Missoula Children's Theatre and more than two dozen students are staging “The Tortoise and the Hare” today at 11 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. at  The Playbox Theatre at East Union High, 1700 North Union Road.

Online prices are $10 for child admission 10 and under and $15 for general admission.

Walk-up sales are $12 for child admission 10 and under and $17 for general admission.

Playing the title characters, Curly Hare and Taylor Tortoise, are local students Aeris Ayala and Gael Camacho Lopez.

Other featured performers include Harper Davis as Harry Armadillo, Nihar Jain as Professor Pumpernickel, Torben Campa as Professor Persimmon, Madison Schmitz as Scooter the Gecko, and Harper Thomson as Oggy Froggy.
