Manteca is getting its third Tesla Supercharger station.
The 16-charger site is being installed by the Sizzler, Taco Bell, and McDonald’s on the northeast corner of Airport Way and the 120 Bypass.
When it is completed, Manteca will have the third most Tesla superchargers in the Northern San Joaquin Valley trailing Modesto with four.
Stockton and Tracy each have two Tesla supercharger locations.
The six-mile 120 Bypass is an ideal location for superchargers given it runs from Interstate 5 to Highway 99.

store in central city
Central Manteca is getting its sixth boutique/ethnic grocery store in the central district with five of them being within the boundaries, or right on the edge of, historic downtown,
Kesar Farmers Market is going in the former Kelly Moore Paint Store in the 100 block of South Main Street next to the Hospice of San Joaquin County HOPE Chest thrift store.
The overall structure built in the 1950s originally housed the New Deal Market.
Manteca, in the last two years, has seen four ethnic markets open citywide to bring the overall total to eight. The Kesar market will be the ninth.
That is in addition to businesses that are more convenience stores.

It will open in the Manteca Crossing on the northwest corner of Airport Way and Atherton Drive where the city’s second Chik-fil-A and second Dutch Bros coffee will open in the coming month or so.
