The Woodward Park splash pad opening.
Tidewater Bikeway pavement resurfacing.

That’s just three of the park and recreation facility projects that are part of the priorities for the next 16 months for the City of Manteca.

*Completing the cart path and driving range realignment projects at the golf course.
*Starting the design work for the Morezone Baseball Field restroom replacement projects.
*Improvements to the Lincoln Pool at Marion Elliott Park.
*Upgrades to the Northgate Park softball complex.
*Pour-in-place playground surface sealing for neighborhood parks in community facilities districts (CFD).
*Park security lighting and LED upgrades at CFD funded parks along with irrigation controller upgrades.
Among the improvements made in 2025 shared with the City Council at Thursday’s budget goals workshop conducted at the Manteca Transit Center were:
*The completion of Manteca’s first community garden on Center Street next to the tennis courts.
*Finishing the first phase of the golf course cart path project.
*Replaced fencing along Crom Street on the north edge of the golf course.
*Completed the Evans Estates Park shade canopy installation.
