A 27-year-old Manteca man sustained two gunshot wounds to the right side of his chest with similar exit wounds exiting the side of his body shortly before 6 p.m. Saturday.The wounds were reportedly non-life threatening.The victim went to his mother’s home in the 1900 block of Boxcar Drive in the southwestern part of the city south of Sierra High where officers were summoned. He was transported to San Joaquin General Hospital by ambulance, according to Manteca Police.Officers said the man was very uncooperative as to who shot him and where it had occurred.
