RIPON — Elected officials will meet tonight at Ripon City Hall, 259 N. Wilma St.
It’s there that City Council members will conduct a hearing on state Assembly Bill 1600 fee justification study and update of the public facilities financing plan regarding Ripon’s General Plan 2040.
This public hearing is scheduled to take place during the 7 p.m. open session.
Other agenda items include:
• Council looking at the resolution that approves the annual transportation claim and the authorization of the submission to the San Joaquin County Council of Government for the 2011-12 fiscal year.
• Elected officials possibly approving the roles and responsibilities of the Senior Center commissioners and coordinator.
• Council giving a first reading and introduction of an ordinance that calls for rezoning property owned by the City of Ripon, Central Valley Executive Builders, Inc., and Cornerstone Phase II, Inc. This area consists of parts of North Ripon Road and West River Road in the Clinton South Planning District.
• Commissioners of the redevelopment agency, in addition, will meet briefly to sign off on the Main Street parking lighting progress payment to Neil O. Anderson & Associates.
