Manteca City Council hopeful Rich Silverman received the endorsement of Leroy Ornellas who represented most of the City of Manteca from 2001-2012 on the San Joaquin County Board of Supervisors. “Rich Silverman has proven his commitment to Manteca through his community involvement and active volunteer work,” Ornellas said. “ Rich will make an excellent addition to the Manteca City Council.” Silverman currently serves as a member of Manteca’s Rapid Response Team, the Community Emergency Response Team (CERT), and the Fire Department’s Seniors Assisting Fire Efforts (SAFE).
