POMONA (AP) — Authorities making Halloween probation checks on convicted sex offenders have arrested a man in Pomona after allegedly finding him in bed with a 10-year-old girl. Los Angeles County probation officials say the man — who’s not a convicted offender — was arrested Friday for outstanding warrants, and the girl’s mother was booked on suspicion of child endangerment. The girl’s in protective custody.
