POLICE: SACRAMENTO HOMEOWNER KILLS MAN: SACRAMENTO (AP) — Police say a homeowner in Sacramento shot and killed a man in self-defense after the man refused to leave his yard and became increasingly violent. The shooting Sunday afternoon remains under investigation. But police say the 50-year-old suspect began acting irrationally in the driveway of the 36-year-old homeowner's home, swinging his cane and breaking and throwing objects.
