Three arrested in sidewalk robberies

Three men suspected of robbing Mantecans as they walked on residential sidewalks after dark at three separate locations have been arrested by Manteca Police officers.
 They are being held in the San Joaquin County Jail on conspiracy and robbery charges, each in lieu of $350,000 bail. 
Emilio Armando Anaya, 18, and Vernon Lee Henderson, 18, along with Bredonne Marquise Matson, 24, were arrested Tuesday morning and later that afternoon by Sgt. Steve Schluer and fellow officers for the armed robberies where personal items and money were taken from the victims who were roughed up in the process.
Two of the suspects Henderson and Anaya were found through Sgt. Steve Schluer’s investigation with the initiation of warrants. They were arrested at Calla Continuation High School by Schluer and School Resource Officers Shawn Cavin and Jason Danipour shortly after 10:30 a.m. Tuesday.
At 1:30 p.m. Tuesday,  the third suspect Bredonne Matson, Jr., went to the Manteca Police Department for an impound hearing on this vehicle.  He was arrested in the front lobby of the police department and later transported to county jail.
