Manteca’s tennis courts are getting upgrades.

The City Council has called for bids to install American Disability Act compliant pathways, drainage, an irrigation system, plant landscaping, and place benches between the tennis courts.

The improvements are designed to improve accessibility to the courts as well as improve their appearance and reduce the maintenance costs.

Growth fees are paying for the improvements.

The courts are located on Union Road in front of the municipal golf course.
