Aracelie G. Delgado, lovingly known as “Sally,” was born on February 2, 1957, and passed away peacefully on February 22, 2026, surrounded by her loving family.

She is survived by her devoted husband of 51 years, Raudel “Rudy” Delgado of Manteca; her beloved daughter, Yvette Delgado; and her partner, Cody R. Vent, of Rocklin, California.

Aracelie and her husband were longtime residents of Manteca, where they built a life rooted in faith, family, and hard work. For 37 years, they proudly owned and operated Taqueria Yvette, a cherished local establishment known not only for its cuisine but for the warmth and hospitality that defined it. Aracelie oversaw front-of-house operations and daily management, while Rudy led the kitchen. Together, they created a welcoming gathering place for the community and built a legacy through recipes and traditions that will endure.

Aracelie will be remembered as a woman of grace, kindness, and quiet strength. She found joy in her home, enjoyed watching telenovelas, and was an avid reader. She had a deep appreciation for makeup, fashion, and cooking, and she carried herself with dignity and elegance. Above all, she cherished her daughter, Yvette, who was the center of her heart.

She will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered for her unwavering devotion to her family, her commitment to her community, and the lasting impact she made on all who knew her.
